Lunch Time Fitness

It is not surprise that many American are becoming obese with just about 95% of them sitting some part of their day at a computer. Some employers are beginning to find ways for employees to have a wellness program at their place of work. Lunch time is now the time to get-fit, even if thirty minutes a day is all you have to spare. If you go not bring a sack lunch with you to work, then at least walk to where ever it is you will have lunch. Of course, only if this place is at least ten minutes from work.
